This involves tree sand, tree soil and tree granulate. Recently, this has been done from Ammerzoden. Here it operates from premises that offer twice as much space as the former premises in Hedel.
Zagron has its roots in the contracting industry. As a result, it knows the world of road construction. "We know that work along and on the road - such as dumping soil improvers - always has to be done quickly," says Jan-Willem Hofmans, co-owner/director of Zagron Grondbank|Bouwstoffen. "The work has to go on. We respond to that. We are fast and flexible, thanks to our covered storage even in less favorable weather conditions."
In addition to soil improvement, Zagron is active in the processing of green waste and rubble. There is also the Zagron Soil Bank from which it takes in soil, which it stores temporarily to then find a new use for it. Hofmans: "These other activities and an extensive fleet of machines, trucks and containers allow us to deliver and take in soil, as well as excavate, transport and process it. We do this as efficiently as possible. On the return trip, we like to take back something that the client needs to get rid of. In this way, we make our trips as sustainable as possible."
