WSP and Jantje Beton together strong for children's future

Every day we work to future-proof our living environment. A healthy and safe environment in which future generations can live, work and play carefree. Think about creating attractive, inclusive and green neighborhoods with enough space for children to play and exercise. Unfortunately, this is not currently a given for every child. Three out of ten Dutch children hardly ever play outside (source: Jantje Beton). We believe this must and can be changed.

Children are the future

We believe in the power of cooperation and see it as our social duty to support initiatives that, like us, strive for a clean, safe and prosperous future living environment. We are therefore very pleased with our partnership with Jantje Beton, a foundation that was created because there was more and more 'concrete' and less and less space to play outside. As a consulting and engineering firm, we can make a positive change in this by developing more green, child-friendly neighborhoods.

Presentation of voucher

To kick off the partnership, Dave Ensberg-Kleijkers, director of Jantje Beton, accepted a voucher of €7,500 from Eric van den Broek, general manager of WSP in the Netherlands, on Tuesday, July 20. This festive event took place at Kinderboerderij de Heuvel in Culemborg. In the coming period we will actively support Jantje Beton in their activities and hope to learn from and with each other and achieve positive results together.
