Senate approves Introduction Act for the Environment Act. The Environment Act has been passed and will enter into force in 2021. 26 current laws on the environment, spatial planning, nature, water and construction, among others, will be reduced to one law. Minister Stientje van Veldhoven (Environment and Housing): "I am pleased with support in the Senate, we had a sharp and constructive debate about participation, legal protection and a careful introduction."
