The slogan "Where blue meets green" has a clear meaning. Blue has been the house color of Gorman-Rupp since 1933. With this, the company indicates that it continues to cherish all the experiences and the firm values within the company. Green speaks for itself and indicates Gorman-Rupp's sustainability agenda. With the word "meets" the company indicates that it is embracing the future, at the same time realizing that we are all at the beginning of an important development.

Under the "Where blue meets green" program, Gorman-Rupp is developing products and services through which the company reduces its own environmental impact, while helping its customers accelerate their sustainability strategies.

For example, Gorman-Rupp's premises in Waardenburg are equipped with solar panels that allow the company to operate energy neutrally. The diesel-powered pump sets the company develops and builds in the Netherlands are capable of running on 100% HVO, saving 89% of CO2.

An entirely new development is the E-Line, the first fully integrated solution for electric mobile pump sets. These can be connected to a car charging point, a battery pack or to a traditional construction power point/generator.

Finally, in July of this year, Gorman-Rupp will launch a CO2 offset program, which will offset all emissions from the rental fleet through certified programs
