Software provider 4PS strengthens international position with acquisition in Belgium

4PS, software supplier for the construction industry (construction, GWW and installation engineering), acquires the part of Scapta that focuses on the construction industry in Belgium (Scapta Gent NV). From Belgian Limburg and East Flanders, Scapta implements business software for SMEs and Enterprises in the construction industry, based on Microsoft technology: Business Central. With the integration of Scapta within 4PS, 4PS intensifies its focus on the Belgian market, further strengthening its international position.

No strangers to each other

A partnership already existed between Scapta and 4PS with the goal of providing the construction industry in Belgium with an integrated software solution (ERP) to support primary business processes. Thanks to this collaboration, 4PS' years of experience in the construction industry was combined with Scapta's knowledge of the Belgian market.
