Quick-curing repair mortars

Flexible and hard-wearing

Repairing damage to the concrete layer and asphalt or performing pit renovation can easily be done with specially developed repair mortars. For this purpose, Triflex has developed mortars that can be processed quickly. Important properties that the mortars contain are very wear resistance, excellent adhesion to most common substrates and they are permanently flexible, which means that the mortars absorb the action of certain substrates to a certain extent. Reflectors, piggybacks, thresholds can also be fixed with them.

Our solutions

Especially for repairs to asphalt, Triflex Asphalt Repro has been developed, a cold-applicable casting mortar for durable repairs to roads, streets and industrial sites. With this repair mortar, the repaired piece of asphalt remains in good condition for years, avoiding new repair costs and delays caused by road works. For repairs of concrete and cement structures, use Triflex Cryl RS 240, a two-component mortar based on PMMA. 

Bonding

To fix sensors, detection loops, reflectors and road surface elements, we have Triflex Cryl R 238, a fast-curing and flexible mortar. This mortar has a low viscosity and is therefore more suitable in situations where a product needs to be "set" or when a joint is somewhat wider.
