New innovative product line of compact hydraulic foundation machines

The product line consists of a compact grout mixing and pumping unit type IGP and a series of hydraulic foundation machines with increasing maximum drilling torque. These machines are less environmentally harmful thanks to the use of electric motors, Stage-V motors and modern electric-hydraulic controls.

IFD-2.5 foundation machine: fully customized to customer requirements

There are several new machines specially developed for Brefu Funderingstechnieken BV from Breda, which was looking for a compact and flexible drilling rig, grout unit and electric aggregate for foundation repair work. "INPIEQ's machines are completely tailored to our needs and therefore perfect for foundation work in small spaces," states Raymond Roks, director of Brefu.

Pumping unit IGP: Compact fully automatic grout mixing and pumping unit

The grout mixing and pumping unit type IGP is electrically driven. It is equipped with a mixing unit that automatically mixes the mixture and then moves it to the reservoir until it can be pumped to the drilling rig. The machine is equipped with pressure and flow controllers. As a result, the pumped pressure never exceeds the preset value and the machine has the maximum flow and pumping speed. During this process, data such as cement and water consumption, pump flow, working pressure and pumped volume are measured with high accuracy, clearly shown on the display and stored in the INPIEQ Registration System where this data is transmitted via USB or wirelessly. The unit can be operated via the clear control panel and controlled via remote control.

Foundation machine IFD-20: A powerful, flexible foundation machine

And recently the IFD-20 - a powerful, flexible foundation machine with a maximum drilling torque of 200 kNm over the entire leader - was delivered to Funderingstechniek Noord BV. A machine developed for producing full displacement screw injection piles in places where space and height are limited. The divisible leader also makes the machine very suitable for indoor work. With the Stage-V engine and modern electric-hydraulic controls, this machine is ready for the future.

INPIEQ director Frank van Deursen: "The IFD-20 succeeds the previously made IFD2.5. The next in line is the IFD-45 with a maximum drilling torque of 450 kNm over the entire broker. The great thing about all of these machines is that they are completely customized for the client and therefore perfectly fit their needs and requirements. For example, the IFD-20 has a removable ballast, outriggers and drill box to bring down the transport weight. This ensures that customer can easily transport the machine to and through Germany without exemption."

DLS Registration System: digital calendar booklet

Frank van Deursen: "Soon users will be able to get started with manual calendaring using the Inpieq DLS web-app. The Inpieq DLS web-app is easy to install on a mobile device. All entered data can be viewed by the user via the IDS (Inpieq data processing program) and easily converted to a representative report."
