Kadaster kiest Fugro weer voor landmeetkundige diensten
Fugro optimaliseert in de nieuwe samenwerking met het Kadaster het werkproces door een korte doorlooptijd én grote nauwkeurigheid van landmeetkundige diensten.

Land Registry chooses Fugro again for surveying services

With extensive knowledge and experience in surveying for, among others, the Land Registry, Fugro will again capture Geo-data of real estate in the Netherlands until 2025 and further strengthen cooperation with the Land Registry.

The Land Registry registers who owns which rights to all real estate (including land and buildings) in the Netherlands. Part of the measuring of plot boundaries, as a result of a deed of sale in which part of a plot is sold, is done by the Land Registry itself. The rest of this work is outsourced to Fugro, among others. In addition, Fugro handles an important part of the divisions that are applied for at the Land Registry. Fugro has been working for the Land Registry since 2017 and is proud to extend the cooperation. Based on GNNS and tachymetry, among other things, Fugro performs measurements with which agreements made at the notary are verified and - after verification - recorded for eternity in the Cadastral Registers.

Jos Swagemakers, contract manager at the Land Registry: "Our registers provide legal certainty: people can derive rights from them. Therefore, for all Geo-data in our registries, they must be current, correct, verified and complete at the time of verification. Fugro's solution provides a clear visualization of the surveying cadastral process. Fugro demonstrates innovative techniques, shows willingness to cooperate and share knowledge. Moreover, Fugro takes into account RIVM's COVID 19 rules throughout the work process."

Patrick Bakhuizen, business development manager at Fugro: "In order to optimize the work process, our solution offers an app, which may be newly developed, whereby the latest state of affairs of all measuring stations can always be displayed both in the office and in the field. Partly because of this, a short turnaround time and high accuracy are guaranteed; especially with the large numbers of measurements that have to be taken every week."
