Infra Relatiedagen celebrated successful 25th edition

On February 11, 12 and 13, Infra Relatiedagen 2025 took place in Evenementenhal Hardenberg. An anniversary edition for which nearly 15,000 visitors braved code yellow to visit 366 exhibitors. Irma de Hoon, Business Unit Director at Easyfairs: "We couldn't have wished for a nicer birthday celebration!"

Bustling aisles
The aisles were buzzing last week in Evenementenhal Hardenberg. The networking and knowledge event for the entire ground, road and hydraulic engineering sector proved, after 25 editions, to still be a momentum that the professional cannot ignore. De Hoon: "Until the evening it was nice and busy. After work, many ended the day together with colleagues in our halls." A total of 14,795 visitors visited the anniversary edition of Infra Relatiedagen.

Working together for sustainability
A frequently heard statement at Infra Relatiedagen 2025: "we need each other." So too during the Mini-Symposium Circular Construction, where, under the leadership of Roelofs Group and DagNL, discussions were held with Rijkswaterstaat, among others, about circular area development. Another successful initiative where working together ensures sustainable progress was the Underground Infra Square. De Hoon: "This is the second edition that we are attracting new talent to the sector in cooperation with the GROND'G foundation. A very important part for, among other things, expanding the electricity grid. Without them the sustainability of the Netherlands is not possible." In addition to attracting new people, it is important that incumbents can do the job well. Therefore, during the networking event of support program SEB, contractors and government came together to hear from each other what is needed to make the construction site CO2 neutral. De Hoon: "And that's what we're doing it for: bringing the sector together to make progress possible."

Full speed ahead
Infra Relatiedagen was more than full this edition. That the event was a success is proven by the number of exhibitors who have already booked for edition 2026. De Hoon: "212 companies have already secured a spot for next year. That is a fantastic compliment! With these parties we can already start building on the next edition." Next edition will once again focus on sustainable themes such as zero-emission and circularity. In addition, climate adaptation will play a larger role in the program.
