Hünnebeck Multi-Mover simplifies horizontal transport of formwork

Hünnebeck has launched a new electric transport trolley for horizontal transport of formwork under the name Multi-Mover.

With the Multi-Mover, transports on the construction site are significantly simplified. The reduced dimensions and high maneuverability allow the trolley to be moved very easily in longitudinal, transverse and diagonal directions even in narrow spaces. In addition, the new transport trolley can easily drive around columns and obstacles. This is a great advantage when formwork on the construction site has to be moved horizontally and the capacity of a crane is low. The maximum load capacity of the Multi-Mover is 1 ton.

Topmax floor formwork tables can be comfortably moved from a height of 1.90 meters to 7.50 meters using the new vehicle. Set-up and leveling frames are used for this purpose. Additional flexibility in shuttering is provided by the swivel heads, which can be adjusted to two different heights.

Thanks to the integrated impact guard and emergency off button, the electrically driven Multi-Mover also convinces from a safety point of view. The vehicle starts and brakes quietly - so nothing can shift. Yet the Multi-Mover is faster than a manually operated transport trolley and also considerably more ergonomic. For added safety, the fixed attachment points for a crane hook for moving the trolley.

Practical battery operation also makes the Multi-Mover suitable for use on construction sites. This battery can easily be recharged via a grounded outlet; with an adapter, any type of socket with a charging capacity of 220 to 240 V can be used.
