HKV announced today that it has acquired Jabo Corporate Clothing with retroactive effect from January 1, 2022. The corporate clothing specialist has a branch in Ochten and is now expanding with a branch in Tilburg. This will allow them to even better fulfill customer needs in that region. HKV unburdens its relations in the central Netherlands through personal attention, genuine interest and service from the heart. Because they understand the needs of their clients, they tailor their services to those needs. With this acquisition, HKV fulfills the customer need for regional presence in Tilburg and the surrounding area.
Dirk Jan van Beem, managing director of HKV, says: "Despite the fact that our account managers regularly visit our relations, we notice that there is a strong need for a regional presence. Just a showroom where you can go for personal contact and corporate clothing. By realizing this, we can tailor our services even better to the customer. When Jabo Company Clothing came my way, it felt right away. Not only the location, but also the people. I have had a good relationship with former owner Rob for 23 years now. The way they work, how they take care of their customers, that suits HKV. Our people make HKV and how wonderful that we can welcome the former owners and their employees to our team."
"It was not an easy choice to quit our family business. But because of HKV, only our company name is changing. The company culture and working methods remain exactly the same. We will continue to take care of customers and deliver quality," says Rob Boor. Together with Sophie Sijogo, he owned Jabo Bedrijfskleding. "We could no longer keep up with the developments in automation. To meet or even exceed customer expectations, we need professionalization and more size. HKV provides that," Sophie adds. "Furthermore, we are very happy that we can continue our passion for corporate clothing and the relationships with our customers within team HKV," said Rob.
