Canadian CMSI and Dutch InfraCore sign license agreement

Through an online meeting, InfraCore Company and CMSI Inc. today signed an agreement to establish the InfraCore® technology to be licensed in Canada. The long-distance signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Prasad Panda, Minister of Infrastructure of the Government of Alberta/Canada and by Ms. Ines Coppoolse, Ambassador of the Netherlands to Canada. Representing their countries, both emphasized the importance of this ambitious cooperation.

InfraCore Company is the specialist and market leader in robust load-bearing composite structures for the infrastructure market. The InfraCore® technology of the company is patented worldwide and is used in many countries around the world.

Within the agreement, and consistent with its corporate strategy, CMSI Inc. will design and manufacture precast composite bridges for government (federal, provincial and municipal) and private infrastructure projects across Canada. In addition to fixed precast composite bridges, CMSI will provide an innovative solution for a wide range of industry sectors, including utilities, oil and gas, forestry, military and emergency response in Canada and around the world, with a new modular temporary composite and steel bridge.

CMSI's modern manufacturing process contributes to the development and implementation of innovative technology in the Canadian economy. CMSI expects to create up to 30 full-time jobs in Alberta during the first year of the agreement.
