Basic Environmental Law Course - SBO

It is important that you start preparing now so that you keep up to date and avoid mistakes. Up-to-date knowledge and being able to apply it is especially important for you now!

In the basic course in environmental law which starts January 21, 2020, you will learn what will change for you when the Environment Act takes effect

After attending this hands-on course, you will be fully aware of:

• State, provincial and municipal spatial policies
• The structure vision, zoning and management ordinance
• Relevant laws and regulations such as the Wabo, Land Exploitation Act, building regulations, Crisis and Recovery Act and the future Environment Act
• The environmental permit including the "Wabo project decision

In short, are you dealing with tasks concerning: inner city redevelopment, spatial adaptation, climate change, energy transition, mobility and accessibility, the healthy city and/or revitalization of the (agricultural) countryside? Then this course will give you insight into environmental law so that you can better tackle the spatial tasks of your organization, and you will learn how to use the Environmental Law for this purpose!
