On March 17, 18 and 19, the entire Dutch water sector will once again come together in Evenementenhal Gorinchem for Aqua Nederland. For years, the exhibition has been known as the meeting place where experts from process water, wastewater, drinking water and urban water & sewer management come together. In 2026, Aqua Netherlands seamlessly follows this successful formula: broad, substantively strong, accessible and fully focused on connecting the sector. The upcoming edition promises to be one of the richest yet in size. With more than 310 exhibitors, the exhibition floor will provide a complete picture of the water chain. Suppliers, knowledge institutions, governments and consultants will present their solutions, services and expertise. For new visitors, Aqua Netherlands is a convenient starting point to orient themselves to current developments, while returning professionals experience the familiarity and depth that have characterized the fair for years.
The first floor of Aqua Netherlands forms the Water Marketplace. It is the familiar core on which Aqua Netherlands is built. The long corridors, the clear layout of compartments and the variety of technologies and services ensure that visitors quickly find their way here.
In the Water Marketplace, the breadth of the sector is most evident. Here visitors meet companies operating in water treatment, filtration, pumping, monitoring, piping systems, sludge processing, management, consulting and countless other areas of the field. The diversity makes for lively conversations, spontaneous encounters and a constant exchange of ideas. Precisely because so many parties come together here, it creates a dynamic that many visitors describe as ‘typical Aqua Netherlands’: approachable, knowledgeable and entrepreneurial.

In addition to the first floor, the upper floor, known as Next Level, also plays an important role within Aqua Netherlands 2026. Next Level provides space for additional exhibitors, but also has its own atmosphere and positioning. Where the Water Marketplace is primarily about overview and accessibility, Next Level offers a deepening of the offerings.
On the upper floor, visitors often find companies that focus on specialized technology, integrated projects or innovative applications. Thanks to this addition, Aqua Netherlands remains clear and at the same time complete, with each floor fulfilling its own function within the whole.
A regular and beloved part of Aqua Netherlands is the knowledge program. Also in 2026, the program is an important reason for visitors to come to Gorinchem. The offer consists of lectures, presentations and contributions by experts from across the sector, with the emphasis on concrete applicability. The themes are closely linked to the daily practice of water professionals and are presented by people who know the field through and through: from water companies and water boards to engineering firms, consultants and research institutions.
