4PS named best ERP vendor to work for by Computable.nl

Software partner 4PS has been named best employer with ERP systems and best ict-employer within the Construction and Installation industry, according to the Careerguide of Computable.nl. The Computable Career Guide 2020 is an annual ranking of the most popular ict employers.

Computable Career Guide

Every year Computable.nl publishes the Computable Career Guide containing rankings of the most popular ict employers among both ict companies and non-ict organizations. The rankings are the result of an employer survey. The employer survey examined various topics and industries. Respondents named 29 ict topics with which they are most concerned. Within each topic there is a final ranking with the best specialists in each area. From this, 4PS was awarded best employer within the subject of ERP!

In addition to the topics, 25 different industries were surveyed. Within the branch 'Construction Industry and Installation', 4PS also won first place. This means that 4PS has twice been awarded the highest score as an employer in the Computable Career guide!

Employer survey

For the Computable Career Guide, Computable investigated how ict companies and non-ict organizations are doing as ict employers. Anyone working in an ict position could rate their own employer for the employer survey. Employees could rate things like work and responsibilities, appreciation, the space and opportunities to perform optimally, the challenges offered, training opportunities, advancement and career possibilities, salary, travel distance and fringe benefits. Issues such as commitment to the employer and overall satisfaction were also addressed.
