Repair and protection of concrete structures

MasterEmaco repair mortars, with KOMO approval, restore concrete structures to original strength, prevent further damage and extend their service life. Many of our fast-curing concrete repair mortars, casting and leveling mortars can be applied at low temperatures, and even at freezing temperatures, allowing concrete repairs to be carried out even at night. MasterEmaco repair mortars can be used for structural and non-structural concrete repairs for use in traffic areas, vertical applications and overhead concrete repairs.

The MasterProtect range includes a range of high-quality water repellent products, elastomers, carbonation inhibitors and chemical-resistant coatings for cathodic protection that prevent the effects of weathering, environmental contaminants and corrosive elements. Cathodic protection of concrete is also provided with a special series of corrosion inhibitors designed to penetrate the concrete and prevent corrosion directly on the reinforcement.

Waterproofing
The MasterSeal range of waterproofing products is designed to permanently prevent water leaks and moisture penetration at all kinds of structures such as industrial sites, parking garages, water management facilities for drinking water and wastewater. Water management is becoming more and more complex, concentrations of aggressive chemicals in wastewater are increasing, exposing wastewater collection tanks to this chemical aggression. MasterSeal offers solutions to permanently protect these catchment basins from these chemical attacks.

Construction stabilization
Our MasterFlow casting mortars are specifically designed for high strength structural stabilization. In addition to casting mortars for wind turbines, suitable for onshore and offshore wind turbine installations, we offer cementitious and epoxy precision casting mortars specifically designed for hole and pipe casting, chemical anchoring, precision alignment of machinery and other elements.

Industrial floors
MasterTop groups cementitious floor systems and epoxy- and polyurethane-based floor systems suitable for decorative or industrial uses for a variety of industries.

Ucrete is a unique industrial flooring system that provides the floor with extraordinary resistance to aggressive chemicals and solvents, extreme mechanical stress, prolonged thermal stress of 130°C, temperature shocks up to 150°C.
