IMMONTEC was founded in 1995 and operated under the name Strukton Immersion Projects (SIMP), a division of Strukton until December 15, 2023. Since its establishment, we have gained extensive experience from designing to executing the raising, transporting and sinking of tunnel elements. In addition, Geocon, which was part of SIMP, played a crucial role in the design, installation and management of integrated monitoring systems for both existing and new civil engineering infrastructure projects.
On December 15, 2023, SIMP's management was given the opportunity to become independent and continued operations under the new name: IMMONTEC BV, Immersion and Monitoring Solutions.. All activities, resources and reference projects of SIMP and Geocon, along with the entire team, have been acquired by IMMONTEC.
IMMONTEC is now an independent company with a dedicated and well-matched team with over 25 years of extensive experience and expertise. Our team has worked on more than 150 monitoring projects and conducted more than 100 immersion operations in 10 countries. This experience, together with our combined expertise in immersion technology and monitoring, gives us a unique position in the market.
