Mrs. Winny Hoffmann founded the company Krings Nederland B.V. in 1979. Krings is a rental and sales company that provides contractors and earthmoving companies with safe trench shoring for sewerage and infrastructure projects.

In 1989, together with the company Cultuurweg B.V. from Alphen aan den Rijn, the company "Hoffmann Bodemtechnieken B.V." was founded. was founded.

Hoffmann Bodemtechnieken B.V. is engaged, among other things, in the development and supply of a range of cold rolled sheet pile sections and the sale of sheet piles, HE beams, struts and anchors. The rental and sale of foundation machines from ABI and Bauer are also part of Hoffmann Bodemtechnieken B.V.'s daily activities.

From the activities of Hoffmann Bodemtechnieken B.V., the demand arises among customers for a specialist to install sheet piling. This is why Winny Hoffmann decides to establish the company Wedam in 1996. Wedam is the contracting company within the Hoffmann Group. Today, W-dam B.V. and Wedam Bvba carry out the various works in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

When pressing and vibrating sheet piling, installing Berliner walls, stamping, purlins and anchoring, the above companies can totally relieve the customer of all their worries. Due to the innovative spirit of Ms. Winny Hoffmann, another new technique was brought to the Netherlands in 2013: CSM or Cutter Soilmix Walls.

This technique is accommodated by the Hoffmann Group's new sister company: Winmix B.V. and is a vibration-free alternative to pressing sheet piling. Where the ground does not allow deeper penetration with sheet piling, CSM can provide a solution.
