Sieving, mixing, reducing and crushing

The company has specialized in sales and rental of screening, mixing and reducing buckets since 2005. "Throughout the Netherlands we are active to deliver the right buckets and of course connect them directly with the right hydro couplings," says Gerco Oudshoorn of Gerlasco. "The operator immediately receives user instructions and advice. If necessary, the fraction and flow rate are also adjusted. Only in this way is the customer guaranteed from the first hour that the desired production and result is achieved."

Custom advice

The Netherlands has many different types of soil that require different treatment. Oudshoorn: "Usually we can give the right advice over the phone by asking several questions, but sometimes we go on site to examine the material to be processed in order to provide the right solution. For every question we try to provide a solution. Should this not be available as standard or if the quality is not of the desired level, then at such a moment we start developing our own. For example, we introduced our GCB crushing bucket (jaw crusher) in 2011 and the GRB recycling bucket (rotary crusher) in 2017. The latter was specially developed to reduce at a high rate, for example, stuck, crushed rubble on site back to its original size."
