Xylem introduces e-IXP, the first ISO pump for industrial applications with remote monitoring

The international water technology company Xylem announces the launch of e-IXP, a new range of centrifugal pumps complying with ISO 2858 for industrial pumping applications (chemical, petrochemical, oil and gas, steel), district heating, hot/cold water production, fire protection and power generation.

The Lowara e-IXP series is the ideal pump for a wide range of applications. The pump offers improved hydraulic performance and thanks to its optimized and more efficient design, it is available in multiple options and materials.

The new e-IXP pump allows users to:

  • Improve industrial capacity. The expansion of the series to DN 250 increases capacity by 65% compared to the previous series.
  • Get more out of the investment. An efficiency up to 10% higher compared to the previous ISO range thanks to optimized hydraulics.
  • Reduce energy costs. Up to 50% energy savings by applying variable speed with an 11 kW pump.
  • Secure the process with Optimyze. Prevent pump failures and avoid costly downtime with forward-looking maintenance advice.
  • Reduce maintenance. Standard wear rings and duplex sheathed stainless steel dry shaft extend service life and reduce downtime.

Product Features:

  • Models: DN25 - DN250
  • Designed according to ISO standards 2858 and 5199
  • Capacity up to: 1270 m 3/h
  • Power: 0.55 kW- 200 kW
  • Head up to: 160 m
