Following the relaxation of the rules by the RIVM, the InfraCampus, part of the Construction & Infra Park, and the IKN Foundation have started organizing seminars in the period September through December. Every second week of the month a seminar will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays, which can also be followed online. The days are divided into morning and afternoon programs. Each month a different theme is the focus of the seminar.
Erik Kerssies, director of Bouw & Infra Park: 'We realized that no major events are going to take place for the time being. In conversations with our participants and visitors to the InfraCampus, however, it did emerge that there is a need to meet each other and share knowledge. That is why we have started working on this issue, within the frameworks that are set'. IKN board members also shared this view and joined hands to map out a so-called 'knowledge route' towards the end of the year.
The following themes will be the focus of the dates listed below. In the upcoming period, we will be connecting speakers to the respective themes:
The morning program starts at 9:30 am and the afternoon program starts at 1:30 pm.
In organizing the seminars, Bouw & Infra Park and IKN conform to the rules of the RIVM, but are also guided in this by the protocol drawn up by Eventplatform. Here, regulations regarding 1.5 meters distance and hygiene regulations are central.
The InfraCampus Harderwijk is the meeting place for companies and organizations in the infrastructure sector. This unique location serves as a permanent orientation center, where approximately 50 booths of suppliers from the sector are permanently located. The presence of 50 suppliers allows visitors to get acquainted with the many products and services present at the InfraCampus in a short period of time. The stands are uniformly set up and are located along wide walkways. The InfraCampus also has ample parking and is spacious.
