Bauma is coming - and it's all about Y.O.U!!! 

The Munich fair will feature two fantastic events from the leading compact machine manufacturer - the launch of the Yanmar Operators United club and the 90 Seconds Skills Challenge!

Thanks to a much-discussed teaser campaign, excitement is running high, and at Bauma this month, after a long wait, the doors of Yanmar Operators' United Club will open. The Y.O.U. Club, as it is abbreviated, is where Yanmar enthusiasts celebrate the existence of compact machines. All operators of Yanmar machiness - even occasional users - will become part of a family of operators, and as members will benefit from gifts, a collection of special Y.O.U. merchandise, events and contests.

Operators in Europe come first, and Y.O.U. fans will also get their own special area at Bauma, complete with reception, bar and hang-out spot. There is even a Y.O.U. app. The app is available in English, French, German and Italian, can be accessed on any smartphone, and includes exclusive club content, quizzes and access to a large community of Yanmar fans where comments, photos and videos are shared. As membership progresses from bronze to silver and gold, members are also rewarded for their contributions with gifts.

A minute and a half never seemed so short!

Operators are not only welcome at the Yanmar booth - they are the stars of the show! One of the fun activities - open to Y.O.U. members and all fans - is the 90 Second Challenge. Here, participants will have to deftly handle a Yanmar SV19vt mini-excavator to pick up a grapple and complete a puzzle with it! In doing so, they will have to keep their cool because moving the four puzzle pieces will require concentration, skill, speed and all the agility of the Yanmar machines! Each day, prizes will go to the top two in the leaderboard - with gifts such as Fitbit smartwatches and Nintendo switches.
