Two new 9-ton excavators

With the ZX95US-7 and ZX95USB-7, Hitachi Construction Machinery further expands the Zaxis-7 series with two compact excavators. Both models comply with the Stage V emissions standard and offer owners the opportunity to reduce costs and thus increase profits. Improved comfort and safety features also allow operators to feel more comfortable in the cab while performing productively.

The powerful performance of the ZX95US-7 and ZX95USB-7 will increase productivity on any job site. Larger and more powerful than the ZX85-6, the new compact excavators offer 10% more stability and 4% more digging power compared to their predecessors. Operating costs are reduced thanks to the Stage V diesel engine, which does not require an SCR system. This eliminates the need for AdBlue, filter changes and associated maintenance. The all-new ECO gauge also allows operators to control fuel consumption and thus reduce costs.

Multi-purpose

The versatility of Hitachi's excavators increases profits by working on a range of projects. Attachments are simple to change using an ex-factory quick-change system, including piping, combined with the improved attachment support system on the LCD screen. There is a choice of a mono or two-piece boom, and thanks to the compact size, short swing radius and small distance between bucket and blade, you can always work efficiently and safely in tight spaces. Leveling or levelling is easy thanks to the optional floating dozer blade, which can be hydraulically adjusted left or right to a 25-degree angle.

The ultra spacious ZX95US and USB-7 feature an industry-leading workspace that is easily accessible thanks to its low and wide entry. An improved pedal layout provides ample legroom, and first-class operation is due to the new ergonomic design of the joysticks and switches. The synchronized movement between the seat and console ensures that the excavator operator feels significantly less fatigued at the end of a long working day.

Increase security

To enhance safety, Hitachi ZX-7 models offer superior visibility on the job site. The Aerial Angle camera system also provides a 270-degree panoramic view. Thereby, the operator can choose from six different image options to view the machine's immediate surroundings. For superior visibility in challenging working conditions, the 9-tonners can be optionally equipped with LED work lights in addition to the cameras. Also, the LED work lights on the boom and cab have been repositioned to more effectively illuminate the terrain on dark days.

More service convenience

The ZX95US-7 and ZX95USB-7 excavators are built to last and have been extensively tested to that end in special facilities in Japan. Deployability is further maximized by prioritizing easy maintenance and cleaning. The spacious engine compartment makes service and maintenance easy to perform. The radiator is easily accessible and the battery is also easy to replace. All filters are conveniently available in one compartment for quick and easy replacement. Two oil sensors detect the quality of both engine and hydraulic oil and send that data daily to Global e-Service.

Fleet Management

A wide range of after-sales services from Hitachi allows owners to exercise complete control over their machine fleet and schedule. For example, the Owner's Site and ConSite monitoring systems send daily excavator operational data via GPRS or satellite to Global e-Service. In addition, ConSite summarizes the information in a monthly e-mail and the ConSite Pocket app displays real-time alerts for potential problems. With these innovative features, customers are assured of a solid maintenance state of the excavators and unplanned downtime is avoided.
