Offer further expanded with productivity tools

With the fully automatic quick coupler as a starting point, operators can turn to Steelwrist for more and more productivity tools of Swedish quality and with Dutch inventiveness. These include the all-new SQ50 and, as a professional gadget, the TCX S30 mini-tilt.

The Steelwrist SQ series of fully automatic quick couplers has been extended with the SQ50, the smallest in the series running up to the SQ90 and of course including the necessary end plates for all attachments and matching tiltrotators. The robust one-piece cast steel Swedish quick couplings have backlash-free Expander Pins and are fully compatible with common quick coupler systems thanks to the Open-S standard embraced by several brands.

This makes the Steelwrist SQ series extremely user-friendly for the operator and highly profitable for the owner, as several renowned infrastructure, demolition and recycling companies will attest. Very interesting is the large flow range, which enables faster cycle times with lower fuel consumption. Totally contemporary, in other words. With up to 450 l/min for a 1-inch coupling, the SQ quick couplers meet the latest requirements.

Secured and protected

Safety is ensured by the standard automatic Front Pin Lock. In the second generation, the lugs are more robust and are better protected in the cast steel housing. Double locking on both axes ensures that attachments are not lost or damaged. It is a simple intuitive system with no fragile sensors or electronics, available as an option with pressure release and quick-change function. This also makes the Steelwrist SQ range easy to retrofit to all kinds of machines. Because the Q-plus couplings have a durable one-piece seal, replacement is easy.

TCX S30 mini tilt piece

Even the very smallest excavators can now be equipped with a fully molded mini tilt attachment from Steelwrist: weight only 28 kg, width less than 25 cm and price-wise in line with the machine class. There is a choice of hydraulic or mechanical "snap-on" S30 quick coupler. The 30-degree tilt angle offers an attractive way to do more with a machine up to 2 tons. Safety hooks prevent the bucket from falling unexpectedly and also allow reverse coupling.

New operating system

The innovations of the Steelwrist tiltrotator product range follow in quick succession. The latest development is the control system Quantum. This allows the operator to change and monitor settings himself via smartphone. Steelwrist Support can also watch and troubleshoot live via the bluetooth connection and provide clear instructions for installation on the machine. In addition, there are options for Autotilt, Autorotate, Tool recognition and numerous other features, such as Wheel or Tracksteering, implementation of the adjusting or slewing boom, et cetera.
