Specialist in attachments for wheel loaders

During the last edition of Matexpo, it was already visible. With Rototilt and the CW quick-change systems for excavators, Eurosteel, as an independent manufacturer of quick-change systems and attachments for excavators, showed that the familiar, safe CW system is a very compact system, ideally suited for the Benelux countries and also in combination with a Rototilt turntable. 

Eurosteel is more than specialist in the field of excavator equipment pieces and importer of the Swedish Rototilt turntables. As a full-liner, the company annually produces hundreds of quick couplings and equipment pieces for wheel loaders, of all makes and types up to about 55 tons. "These include quick-change systems of all shapes and sizes, from the system-2000, which is common and common in the Benelux countries, and the lundberg or ISO systems, to also the less common systems with specific dimensions," Eurosteel echoes. "In addition to quick couplings, we also produce a wide range of equipment items. For example, dense loading bins, rubble factories, high-tipping bins, manure factories, pallet frames... In all shapes and sizes for all applications and fitted with specific requirements."

In addition to quick couplings, a wide range of equipment pieces are also produced.

Gigantic diversity

All this results in a gigantic diversity of equipment pieces produced according to customer orders. This production of quick couplings and attachments for wheel loaders comprises approximately 40 % of the production capacity of the Eurosteel plant in Venlo, the Netherlands, where Eurosteel's sales and engineering departments are also located. From Venlo, or at customer sites, sales engineers listen to customers' requirements and wishes and translate this into the desired piece of equipment. A team of engineers then translates this concept via a 3D design into ready-to-use production drawings. In addition to working out customer orders, the engineering team is also involved in the (further) development of products on a daily basis. For example, they are currently working on an updated version of the high tip buckets and the system-2000 quick couplings. 

As a full-liner, Eurosteel produces hundreds of quick couplings and equipment pieces for wheel loaders each year.

Assured quality

After production drawings are created, customer orders go into production. Producing the wide range of products is skilled work and it takes years for the people in the factory to make the complete range. Eurosteel goes for all-round craftsmanship, which means that every construction bench worker is trained internally so that they can produce the full range of products from excavators as well as wheel loaders, quick couplers and equipment pieces. This ensures know-how and continuity of production.
