When solidity is important! The slogan of the Belgian family business A&C Noyens refers to the pursuit of perfection in development, application and finishing of the products supplied. "As a specialist in customization of industrial vehicles such as trailers, semi-trailers and bodywork, we put our years of experience and knowledge to use to develop the best possible solutions for our customers," says Hans Noyens.
Each product from the diverse range of transport equipment is a unique custom project made entirely in-house at A&C Noyens from design to completion. "With the latest technologies and with an eye for detail," continues Noyens. "Naturally, completely according to the customer's wishes and the application for which it will be used. Whether it's a trailer, body, semi-trailer or truck body, our products have to be able to take a beating. For this reason, we place great emphasis on robustness and durability. We use robust, high-quality products that meet specific requirements and ensure a perfect finish. For example, all products are hot-dip galvanized and the chassis is galvanized."
Noyens observes that many materials - especially in earthwork, civil engineering - are becoming larger and heavier. "Just think about cisterns, concrete elements or the increasingly common precast parts. So you not only have to ensure a strong and robust trailer, but also ways in which the load can be transported safely. This is because the latest generation of tractors is equipped with an automatic braking system, making it even more important that the load on the trailer is properly secured. Our anchoring points, tubes in the cargo liner and cargo anchors are all TÜV tested and certified. Of course, our trailers comply with the latest directives and have European approval."
Finally, Noyens mentions some wonderful customized products that have recently been delivered: "We developed five platform trailers with a mobile loading crane, where we made the classic system trailer extra low. This keeps the trailer under four meters when transporting cable reels. The trailers are equipped with two forced-steer axles, so they can be used safely in often tight locations within this segment. Furthermore, we developed two center-axle trailers
that are specifically tailored to transporting machinery for road construction. An asphalt roller can be transported on these just fine."
