Removable asphalt tipper for maximum flexibility

The transport of asphalt is generally done with trucks equipped with a fixed, insulated tipper body. As a result, deployment is somewhat limited. Mollen Container, with its removable, insulated asphalt tipper container, responds to maximum flexibility and a wider range of application for infra and earth moving companies. After all, they can drive not only sand and gravel but also hot asphalt with the same truck.

Between the exterior and interior sheeting, the removable asphalt tipper is fully insulated with mineral wool.

High quality and long life

"The floor, walls, headboard and doors of our dump trucks are constructed entirely of 'Hardox', extremely wear-resistant steel. Between the exterior and interior sheeting, the removable asphalt tipper is fully insulated with mineral wool. Prior to the insulation work, the cavity is first given a paint treatment so that it too is optimally corrosion resistant. Finishing on the outside is done with a standard galvanized plate. After applying these plates, the entire container is blasted and finished with a high-quality 2K lacquer. This way of working, our choice of basic materials and our experienced and qualified personnel, ensure a strong high-quality end product with an incredibly long life expectancy. In addition, we guarantee a high degree of user-friendliness. We can respond very easily to specific requirements. An additional lashing point, slip seal, French valve or a deviating valve closure, it's all possible."
