For example, all UFOs are equipped with an effective siren and voice message. This already deters 99% of intruders. The cameras work with detection areas set by the specialized dispatchers at the Cage Alarm Center. When motion is detected, the camera is activated. The dispatcher then makes an analysis and takes immediate action.

The Kooi Alarm Center is what makes Kooi unique. This EN 50518 certified Private Alarm Center (PAC) handles all incoming alarms. Only Kooi's own systems are connected to the Kooi Alarm Center. This ensures a rapid response to all alarms. An incoming alarm is handled within 13 seconds. The Kooi Alarm Center's experienced operators are available 24/7. Without these specialists, the technology would not be as effective. An efficient combination of technology and manpower.

Tailored to needs

There is an appropriate solution for every situation, location and project. Together with the customer, an experienced consultant discusses the wishes and requirements and comes up with a security recommendation. For sites where there is no power supply, Kooi supplies durable accessories, such as the Solar Power Unit, the Hybrid Power Box and the Powerbox. These accessories ensure that the UFO
always functions.

Cage offers customers access to the 24/7cage app and customer portal. This allows customers to watch semi-live images of all projects and the various systems located on construction sites. The customer can also adjust project security times. If one normally works from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., the camera is active from 5 p.m. until 7 a.m. the next morning. If the client wants to start earlier or end later, or on holidays, for example, the security times can be adjusted in the app. This reduces false alarms.

Unburdening customers

The customer is not called at night. Cage handles the entire situation. The next morning, the customer finds a detailed incident report by email, in the 24/7cage app and the customer portal. This detailed report includes a description of the situation and a summary of all actions taken. This allows Cage to completely unburden the customer.
