New premium diesel. Projects run smoothly

MecXellent is a product of Mecatech Industries. The company is very Dutch, albeit with French roots. The products it carries - fuel additives, unique oils and maintenance products - were developed and distributed in France until Dupag brought them to the Netherlands five years ago. This initiative led to groundbreaking news, particularly in the ground, road and hydraulic engineering sector. Parties that fill the fuel tanks of their GWW equipment with MecXellent no longer suffer from clogging tank installations, breakdowns due to pollution and filter blocking. Their projects run uninterrupted.

Premium diesel MecXellent 

MecXellent was initially mainly used in the automotive industry. It was only when stubborn problems arose in equipment in the ground, road and hydraulic engineering sector that it was decided to investigate the operation of MecXellent for this industry as well. "We took up this challenge together with some fuel suppliers," says Anton Diender of Mecatech Industries. "This eventually resulted in premium diesel MecXellent, a product with the additives on which engines run trouble-free."

Savings. Clean filters. Maximum performance.

"The biggest benefit of MecXellent, of course, is experienced by the direct users," says Ton Pol of Mecatech-Industries. "They can continue working and keep their appointments. But MecXellent offers more. The cetane improver and combustion catalyst in MecXellent ensure that the energy of every drop of fuel is utilized. This results in fuel savings, maximum engine performance, more favorable exhaust emissions and a smooth-running engine.

Equipment becomes sustainable

Thanks to MecXellent, injectors and fuel pumps last longer, saving a great deal on repair costs. "This is rather easily thought of," thinks Huub de Cock of Mecatech Industries. "High bills for repairs are seen as inevitable, but the use of MecXellent that prevents the formation of polymers or oxidation residues can make a big difference here." And then there is storage resistance. Where storage of standard diesel can result in loss of quality after only three months, MecXellent can be stored trouble-free for at least a year.

Reducing emissions, saving fuel and AdBlue

The optimal combustion that MecXellent entails leads to reductions in CO2, nitrogen and soot. Indeed, reduced CO2 emissions are caused by lower fuel consumption. Reduction of nitrogen emissions (NOx) results in lower AdBlue consumption. Reduction of soot emissions results in lower load on the particulate filter resulting in fewer regeneration processes.
