Marc Stubenitsky acquires 2 Pirtek centers

Marc Stubenitsky, owner of Pirtek Rotterdam-Zuid has acquired two other Pirtek Centers as of April 1: Pirtek Breda and Pirtek Heinkenszand. With this acquisition, Stubenitsky is the first franchisee within the Pirtek organization in the Benelux, thus managing 3 service centers.

Marc took over the existing branches from outgoing owner Hans Osterholt, who has built a solid market position in his region with Pirtek over the past 9 years.

Hans set up a brand new center in Heinkenszand in 2018, putting Pirtek on the map in Zeeland as well.

Naturally, Pirtek Benelux congratulates Marc on this new step and wishes him every success. Hans Osterholt is thanked for his demonstrated successful entrepreneurship. It is therefore no coincidence that he ends his Pirtek career in the top 3 best performing Franchisees of the past year within the Benelux.

Marc Stubenitsky thus has with this acquisition a good basis for further growth in the world of service and replacement of hydraulic hoses. This market is constantly developing. His very large network in the Port of Rotterdam will certainly benefit here.

Simultaneously with the acquisition of the two centers, Marc Stubenitsky also remodeled his first branch and expanded its floor space to double the number of meters. As a result, larger machines can now be worked on in the in-house workshop on Rotterdam-Zuid as well.

Staffing at the various centers remains unchanged and will continue to grow in the future. Regular customers will remain in contact with their familiar contacts.
