Compact loading crane completes any job with one person on the bus 

Extra manpower for less than a hundred euros a month. That is the extremely efficient solution offered by the EasyLoad. A patented invention of the globally operating MAD Loading Systems. This onboard loading system is unique in its kind and in fact offers the capacity of an extra person on board. A strong person, because depending on the type, it can be used to hoist a load of 250 or 500 kilograms and shunt it into the cargo bay. The lifting device also prevents back problems, unplanned downtime and consequential costs.

Moving heavy and difficult-to-handle items such as a rotary tiller, vibrating plate, welding unit or engine block, requires a lot of physical effort. Widely applicable

The easy operation of the winch and lifting beam is electric and with just the push of a button. Because an EasyLoad takes up only 3% of space and can be moved both left and right, no cargo space is lost. The system is suitable for vans (with closed bodies) as well as truck trailers and semi-trailers. It can also be double mounted (tandem) to accommodate longer loads. Additional options are also available, including wireless remote control and lighting options.

Reusable

An EasyLoad comes with a mounting frame and can truly be called a plug-and-play system. Within four hours, it can be installed by a bodybuilder or commercial vehicle fitter. Moreover, it is easily portable to another vehicle.

Working below ground level

Users of EasyLoad were so enthusiastic that they asked MAD to develop a variant specifically for work below ground level. To this end, the EasyLoad 502 was designed, with a lifting capacity of up to 500 kilograms and a 16-meter-long cable. With this type, people can be lowered safely up to about 14 meters below ground level or heavy objects can be lowered and lifted in a controlled manner. The certified anchor point makes it easy to attach a fall arrest device, eliminating the need for a heavy separate tripod as an anchor point above the manhole. The EasyLoad 502 offers the ideal solution for underground work such as sewer inspection and rehabilitation.

Investment

The longevity and possibility of reuse bring the periodic costs of this investment to less than one hundred euros per month. In relation to the effects, this is small: "After all, you need to use fewer personnel, but also save on the costs that can arise when an employee fails due to overwork. In addition, it works more efficiently because additional tools for transporting people and equipment are no longer needed."
