As a manufacturer of foundation equipment, Inpieq demonstrates that within this specialty in construction, compact machines can indeed be powerful. Thus, the company offers numerous solutions to still be able to carry out (repair) work in tight locations or at low heights.
During the TKD, Inpieq is showing as a novelty a brand new micropiling machine based on the IFD 2.0. This is the smallest drilling rig in the product line, which guarantees unprecedented mobility and flexibility thanks to limited dimensions. The frame, support legs and all hydraulics can be taken over one-to-one on the new machine type. However, the yoke has been exchanged for a lighter drilling mast to accommodate anchor rods.
"This is a technique that is not often used in the Netherlands, but it is with our southern neighbors," explains Inpieq owner Frank van Deursen. "We are therefore mainly targeting the Belgian market with this. The machine can work at a limited height of 2.4 meters and has - if space permits - an extendable part to reach up to 3.5 meters. A compact solution to install anchor rods up to a length of 3 meters."
Inpieq is displaying the new micropile mast complete with a special drill box with a maximum torque of 8,000 Nm plus a 'percussion unit' for extra percussion effect on the anchors. Next to the machine is Inpieq's smallest grout unit IGP 80 with a mixing capacity of up to 5 cubic meters per hour. "We also hope to be able to show at the booth another crawler unit with hose reel, which was recently delivered to Funderingstechniek Noord."
The foundation specialist from Marum thus has the same complete set as Inpieq built earlier for Brefu in Breda, consisting of an IFD 2.0 drilling rig with an IGP grout mixing and pumping unit as well as an electric power pack on tracks. That is exactly what this manufacturer stands for; offering a one-stop-shop for compact foundation works. Everything under one roof, with trusted quality and expert advice.
Van Deursen: "We don't shout the loudest, but let our products speak for themselves. Customers can also always come to us for quick service or parts supply and data management through the DLS Registration System developed in-house." Finally, Inpieq is showing another slightly larger piling rig at TKD in the form of the IFD 6, one of which was put into service last year by loyal customers such as Brefu and Beens Groep.
