All-round player in the field of attachments

Demolition hammers, shears, grapples, pulverizers and more

For years, the TKD has been the place where professionals from the earthmoving, construction and recycling sectors come together to experience the latest innovations, machines and developments in practice. This year, the exhibition organization has chosen a new location with an outdoor area of no less than 250,000 m2. SAES International presents itself at the fair as the all-round player in the field of attachments. TKD is the perfect platform to showcase its extensive range. And the company from Weert also comes with a first!

Let's get right to the point, at the upcoming TKD SAES International will present hydraulic demolition hammers from the Korean brand E-STM. "It represents a welcome addition to our range, allowing us to serve an even wider market," said Jeroen Hornman of SAES International. "E-STM Breakers is a leading manufacturer of powerful and reliable demolition hammers in a wide range." Among others, Jeroen praises the E-STM HG series, based on durability and simplicity, with only three moving parts: the piston, control valve and control valve. "The design ensures less wear and tear and high reliability. The robust cabinet is made of wear-resistant HARDOX steel, control valves are built into the body, so the design is stronger and the components are optimally protected."

Solid Body

In addition to box-type hammers, E-STM recently introduced a range of hydraulic hammers as Solid Body. "This concept replaces redundant parts, resulting in high durability and a slim, compact design. In the weight class of 66 kilograms to 350 kilograms with the type designation CSB, these hammers are suitable for machines from 0.7 tons to 9 tons," Jeroen explains. Visitors can see these hammers from E-STM for themselves at our booth (number 16) during TKD. We will be happy to inform them about the many possibilities."

Service and maintenance

In addition to the E- STM newcomer, SAES International is of course also showing Epiroc's demolition hammers and cutters at the fair. "We have been the leading Epiroc dealer in the Benelux for thirteen years and since then we have been able to supply many demolition hammers, sorting grabs, verguizers and combi cutters to a broad customer base." A customer base, by the way, that SAES remains mostly loyal to, as the Weert-based company also provides service and maintenance on the attachments. "Epiroc attachments excel in efficiency and reliability, and we are happy to show that at the TKD. Like the LaBounty scrap shears, a household name in the lap world. The scrap shears are designed for long life and guarantee high production." 

Above and below water

SAES International is packing big during TKD, as the crushers, scrap shears and demolition sorting grabs of the VTN Europe brand can also be admired on the stand. Just like the SAES vibratory blocks that they have been successfully building for many years, as well as the SAES buckets, SAES hydraulic magnets and the in-house developed grease lubrication system for demolition hammers from 50 to 500 kilograms. Finally, Jeroen mentions the Xcentric Ripper. "It is a unique, worldwide patented attachment. The hydraulically driven ripper can be used both above and below water without significant modifications. It too can be admired at our booth."

TKD will take place at a new location in Meierijstad, between Eindhoven and 's-Hertogenbosch, from June 12 to 14, 2025. With as much as 250,000 m2, it is Western Europe's largest outdoor exhibition in earthmoving, demolition and recycling equipment.
