Electric drills, groundwater pumps and light machinery are indispensable on any construction site today. Yet it is often a challenge to provide power at sites without a grid connection. Wiegel Transport Equipment thinks along with every professional looking for workable solutions and unpacks with a completely new product line of lithium power stations: Energie Mobile.
Wiegel Transport Equipment, which specializes in commercial vehicle equipment and bodies, has been responding to specific needs in various industries for many years. By providing sustainable off-grid solutions, the company helps small and large contractors perform their work uninterrupted, anywhere.
"The choice of a mobile power station depends on several factors, such as energy requirements and the desired work duration. With ten types in the Energie Mobile range, there is a suitable model for every professional," echoes Managing Director Alexander Stokvis.
"The new portable power stations are literally plug-and-play and deliver electricity to locations where no fixed power supply is available," said Business Development Manager Pascal Van Bouchaute. "Within a construction context, it is an efficient and sustainable alternative to the more polluting fossil fuel generators. Emission-free work is quieter and healthier, which is doubly interesting in urban zones or confined spaces."
"The completely new Energie Mobile range was only launched at the beginning of this year and is already in high demand. For example, the E-GEN series is very popular as an environmentally friendly alternative to diesel or gasoline powered mobile generators," Stokvis explains. "Depending on your energy needs, there is a choice of a 2,000, 3,000 or 3,600 watt version, with a 1,280, 1,920 or 3,640 Wh lithium battery respectively. Whichever version you choose, the Energy Mobile E-GEN is excellent as a backup battery or emergency power solution. You charge the power station through a regular outlet, in your vehicle, or the ideal scenario: with the green power from your solar panels. The portable design and easy operation allow for even more flexible use. Ready to use at the touch of a button!
The Energy Mobile Powerbox Pro is the most complete type, including bluetooth battery monitor and included 230V mains charging adapter that lets you charge the battery from 0 to 80 percent in 5 hours. The remote control allows you to turn the inverter on and off very easily. Alternative charging methods are again "solar charging" or car charging. Available in two different 3,000-watt versions respectively with a 1,536 or 3,072 Wh lithium battery, while the 2,000-watt version has a 1,280 Wh lithium battery. Convenient and compact.
"This off-grid set is not only very practical for performing work, but also for charging battery-operated tools, laptops or phones or simply for making a cup of coffee," Stokvis adds.
"The Powercube is the powerful flagship within the Energie Mobile range, intended to be built into a commercial vehicle," Van Bouchaute clarifies. "The heavy duty topper is the impressive 5000 watt variant. Good for a full day of autonomous work with medium-sized tools. From typical construction jobs with jackhammer or angle grinder to charging cell phones or laptops in the construction shed. For those who need less power, this range offers several other options in terms of power (Watts and Wh)."
Wiegel Transport Equipment, a subsidiary of Stokvis Group, is internationally renowned for its versatile and attractive portfolio of commercial vehicle solutions. "Our four pillars are motion, visibility, support and energy. This last category is now complemented by the innovative product line around mobile lithium power stations. With this we give our future-oriented course, and that of our customers, an extra push in the right direction," Stokvis concludes enthusiastically.
