Lievense joins forces with global consulting and engineering firm WSP

WSP purchased the shares of Lievense Holding B.V. effective July 1, 2019. The share agreement between WSP and Lievense Holding B.V. was signed on October 10, 2019. Global consulting and engineering firm WSP thus sets foot on the Dutch market.

The acquisition is in line with the development strategy of WSP; it allows the organization to have a presence in the Netherlands and strengthen their leadership in Europe. WSP has 16,000 employees in Europe, including the United Kingdom and Ireland.
