Hybrid Kobelco SK210HLC-10 for Hoondert

In addition to the very popular Kobelco SK210HLC-10 hybrid excavator, Hoondert has also taken delivery of a Kobelco SK85MSR crawler excavator. We wish Hoondert much rotational pleasure with both Kobelco's!

A unique feature of the hybrid Kobelco is that the energy for propulsion is not generated solely by the swing engine. The 25kW generator motor charges the battery pack continuously. Due to the flywheel effect, this takes very little energy and the battery is charged even when idling. The swing motor of the hybrid is fully electric and at every digging cycle the electric motor supports the conventional fuel engine. This allows the same work to be done at lower rpm. The Kobelco SK210HLC-10 with large battery pack with lithium-ion technology is one of the most successful hybrid machines in its class.

The Kemp Group has equipped the hybrid Kobelco for Hoondert in De Meern with various options. These include; an SMP turntable attachment, central lubrication, extra counterweight, Topcon positioning system, running boards, toolbox on the undercarriage and extra LED working lights.
