This new online rental platform has been set up in co-creation with 11 rental companies across the Netherlands and Belgium. The website enables sustainable sharing and use of excavators and stimulates local entrepreneurship. Thus, both renters and lessors of excavators contribute to a sustainable sharing economy.

Graaver is an initiative of Verhoeven Grondverzetmachines BV. A family business with over 60 years of experience in earthmoving machinery and related activities. During this period, the company from Maarheeze has built up an extensive network of Takeuchi partners. Cooperation is now being intensified with some of them by starting the rental platform Graaver. With this new concept, Verhoeven and its partners are responding to a clear social trend: the shift from owning to using. Also known as the sharing economy. Local entrepreneurship

Currently, 11 landlords spread across the Netherlands and Belgium are affiliated with Graaver.com. It is expected that by the end of the year there will be about 20 carefully selected participants on the platform. Graaver launches on Tuesday, July 7 first a Dutch-language website. Meanwhile, some Walloon partners have also joined the rental platform. So in the near future, a French-language website will also be launched. After that, Graaver wants to enter the German market.

Graaver believes in transparency. The website puts you, the renter, in direct contact with the landlord. The prices on the website are the actual prices of the landlord. So there is no hidden revenue model and you always make your own arrangements with the landlord. Nice and easy!
