The Infra Relatiedagen in Hardenberg is the annual networking event for companies in civil engineering. Gorman-Rupp, manufacturer and supplier of diesel and electrically driven pumps, will also be present. Two firsts will be on display at the stand: a new version of the S-Line diesel-driven pump set and the Gorman-Rupp PumpTr@xx online monitoring system.
S-Line diesel-powered pump sets: a complete range of Stage V pumps
A series of mobile pump sets developed based on the specific requirements of European customers: that is the S-Line from Gorman-Rupp. High performance, maximum reliability and the best materials characterize this concept - where high quality design was one of the starting points. The pumps can be used for liquids and sewage, but also for abrasive media, such as bentonite.
With the introduction of the PAE3-60, the Gorman-Rupp S-Line is complete. With a maximum flow rate of 60 m3/hour or head of 15 mWk, the PAE3-60 is one of the smallest versions in the extensive range of 14 S-Line mobile pump sets. This range - both wet and dry self-priming centrifugal pumps - ranges from a connection size of 2" to 10". The Gorman-Rupp S-Line stands for state-of-the-art quiet and economical diesel-powered pump technology, fully compliant with EU Stage V emission standards - without the addition of AdBlue.
The S-Line pump sets are designed such that they have no unnecessary bolts, hinges or other protruding items. This makes the machines easy to keep clean and safe to work with. The noise-reducing, plastic-composite wing doors provide ample access for quick maintenance. Furthermore, they feature reflective stripes for better visibility in the dark.
Reliability is an important aspect: the pumping process must not come to a standstill. All dry self-priming pumps from Gorman-Rupp feature an oil-lubricated shaft seal, where the large oil volume ensures optimum cooling. This makes these pumps virtually impervious to prolonged and alternating "dry running. Furthermore, the optional Gorman-Rupp EradicatorTM-system ensures that solid particles in the liquid to be pumped, such as plastic packaging materials, are pulled apart and do not "tangle" with each other.
PumpTr@xx online monitoring system: always insight into key parameters
With the optional online monitoring system PumpTr@xxTMthe pump user always has control over the machines. From a laptop or phone, the main parameters of the S-Line pump set can always be viewed online. You can also immediately see the location of the pump. Furthermore, alarm notifications can be set to be sent via text message or e-mail.
