Following the motto "We build what you want," TOBROCO-GIANT is known for responding to the wishes of their customers. The latest result of the close interaction between the manufacturer and the users of articulated loaders are two new models of the G2300 series. With these, TOBROCO-GIANT has achieved the goal of offering better performance and an even more compact machine that is easy to transport.

Whenever the Dutch manufacturer of wheel loaders, telehandlers and attachments develops or optimizes a machine, it is always about finding solutions that allow customers to perform their tasks even faster, easier and more efficiently using the machines. Toine Brock, founder, owner and CEO of TOBROCO-GIANT started his company 25 years ago, because he was not satisfied with the machines he had to use for his work at that time. Even today, he always gives new models a field test himself. He and his employees and dealers always have close and intense contact with customers to get to know their needs and challenges. He explains: "When we develop a new model or improve an existing machine, we always do so because of a specific demand we get from the market. We always listen carefully when customers tell us exactly what they need for their operations."

This motivation prompted the development of the GIANT G2300HD, which is also available as an X-TRA version. Users asked for a model exactly between the existing G2200HD+ and G2500HD.

Compactly designed with impressive performance

The machine is equipped with a four cylinder Kubota engine with 1500cc and high torque, which meets the Stage V standards for clean engines. For good comfort combined with high performance, the machine has hydrostatic four-wheel drive and limited slip limited slip differential on both axles. Due to the 8-ton planetary axles, the machine has a traction force of 23,000 N, which is much needed for the various jobs on construction sites, in earth moving, on farms or for landscapers and paving contractors. Tipping loads of 1,595 kg for the G2300HD or 2,260 kg for the G2300 X-TRA HD ensure powerful and efficient loading and unloading of material.

The engine delivers the same high performance as that of the G2500HD, the next model in the range of GIANT machines. For this reason, the G2300HD gets maximum traction, exceptionally high tractive effort while still operating smoothly under all working conditions. With all these features of the larger model, the G2300HD has the advantage of being more compactly built, as the frame was specially modified for this model to make room for the larger engine. As a result, the machine has a width of only 108 cm on standard tires, which makes it easy to drive through narrow paths. This makes it no problem to reach work sites in backyards and buildings.Due to the operating weights of 2,300 and 2,350 kg, both models can be very easily transported on a trailer from one work site to another, this allows maximum flexibility and eliminates unnecessary waiting times due to complicated transports.

To achieve even higher productivity, there is the option of equipping the machine with the patented Stabilo system. This option provides additional safety and comfort as all uneven surfaces are eliminated without loss of performance.

Safety and comfort

All machines are equipped with a safety roof as standard. Optionally, this can be changed to a fold-down safety roof or a complete cab. All roofs and cabs have been intensively tested by independent agencies and are certified according to international ROPS/FOPS standards. The curved windshield and narrow pillars provide excellent 360° all-round visibility. Thus, the operator always has a view of the entire work area and can always work safely and accurately.

A sprung and comfortable seat contributes to a pleasant working condition as well as a spacious and comfortable working environment with user-friendly control instruments, smoothly operating joystick and adjustable steering column. This equipment prevents fatigue and ensures comfortable and efficient work during long days.

Attachments for all jobs

TOBROCO-GIANT offers over 200 different attachments so the G2300 models can be used year-round. Whether for buckets, sweepers or snow plows, the machines can be used to their fullest potential, ensuring higher profitability. The attachments have been developed according to the characteristics of the machines and this ensures optimum performance.
