The new Komatsu PC360LCi-11 iMC 2.0

The iMC 2.0 already worked great interest when introduced last year on the PC210LCi-11 and PC290LCi-11. This new model completes the iMC 2.0 range so that now even more customers can discover its assets.

The operating weight of the PC360LCi-11 / NLCi-11 is between 35,770 and 36,200 kg. The recommended bucket capacity is 2.66 m³. The fuel-efficient EU Stage V engine puts in 202 kW/275 hp at 1950 rpm.

Komatsu "intelligent Machine Control 2.0"

Komatsu's intelligent control system was launched in 2013 and, in Europe alone, counts more than 1.5 million hours of operation. Komatsu is now making the best control system even better. In addition to all known standard iMC features such as Auto Stop Control, Auto Grade Assist and Minimum Distance Control, already present on the previous version, the new PC360LCi-11 offers additional features that further improve productivity and performance:

• The Auto Tilt Control makes working with tipping buckets on slopes and trenches easier, automatically reduces undercutting and optimizes bucket fill. The bucket automatically tilts to the design surface without manual intervention by the operator.
• With the Bucket Angle Hold-function, the operator no longer needs to maintain the bucket digging angle himself. In fact, once the desired angle is selected, it is automatically maintained as the arm moves inward. This allows for easy and more precise finishing.
• Thanks to the new IMU sensor which allows various tipping buckets and attachments to be fully integrated into the excavator's control system, making the machine even more versatile and efficient.
• The new iMC 2.0 monitor finally, features a larger memory capacity and higher processing speed. It became a lot more compact and ergonomic thanks to its intuitive operation inspired by a smartphone.

The latest KOMTRAX telematics, integrated into the SmartFleet platform at BIA, allows the machines to be continuously monitored in terms of localization, usage data and technical parameters with the aim of further optimizing return-on-investment. A choice of one of the service packages guarantees worry-free sustainable use and maximum uptime.
