If you are covered by the Collective Labor Agreement for Construction & Infra, you can make use of the Individual Targeted Prevention Care package at no extra cost. That is quite a mouthful, but in short it comes down to the following. In this interview, together with a consultant, you look at your career. What are your dreams, which steps do you need to take and how do you go about it? All topics you can talk about. After the interview you will receive a practical action plan.
The examination and interview take place every 4 years. In this way you not only keep track of your health, but also of your career opportunities. And precisely the latter is important when you are at the beginning of your career. New opportunities, possibilities and challenges don't usually come out of the blue. So make sure you are ready to seize them when they arise. You will automatically receive an invitation for both the examination and the counseling session. Are you under the age of 19? Then you will be invited for a medical examination where there will be an additional discussion of how you really work safely. This interview is called the AGO-J.
