Complete waterproofing and skid floor walkway Hoogvliet distribution center

The client wanted a fully reinforced and watertight system for the bridge construction, which provides a modern look and sufficient rigidity so that users can safely enter the office building.

ConcreteRestore accurately finished the floor of the walkway with a seamless Triflex molding floor system, integrating mock joints and structural dilations into the whole and connecting all detailing watertight. The new concrete floor was first pretreated by sanding and applying a suitable primer. After this, the floor was provided with the screed system. Because the products are applied in liquid form, details such as upstands, gutters, footplates of fence supports and rainwater drains can be sealed seamlessly and permanently. Moisture, as well as chlorides, among other things, have no chance to penetrate. First, the processors began by blasting and sanding the substrate, on which the reinforced system was accurately applied. The end result is a fully water-resistant and aesthetic walkway with sufficient slip resistance.
