Bridging the gap between asphalt and artwork

They produce and supply bituminous binders for the asphalt industry in the broadest sense. We are, of course, talking about Esha Infra Solutions. Bridge deck seals

The Van Brienenoord Bridge was sealed with the Parafor Ponts membrane, supplied in 50-meter rolls. A major factor in the choice of this type of membrane was the expansion of the steel bridge deck in relation to the asphalt construction. The flexible Parafor Ponts membrane is able to accommodate this movement and meets all the criteria.

Another membrane, for sealing both concrete and steel structures, is Mistral C, on which a coating of poured asphalt can be applied directly. The special structure of carriers and the high-quality modification of the bitumen absorb the forces that occur from the structure. This keeps the structure watertight and keeps the overlying cast asphalt free of damage for years.

Those looking for the highest quality waterproofing for a concrete structure opt for a primer layer of epoxy topped with a layer of Vedapont BE. Due to its high temperature resistance, a layer of poured asphalt can be applied directly on top of this, after which the remaining asphalt construction is built up. This system has been used for many years mainly in Germany. From a quality point of view, the use of this construction is also increasing in the Netherlands. Parafor Ponts, Mistral C and Vedapont BE are supplied in rolls of up to 50 meters. The materials meet the requirements according to ETAG, CE and RTD. In addition to advising, producing and supplying, Esha plays a role in the application of these membranes and works exclusively with expert applicators.
