InfraTech, the knowledge platform where clients, contractors, engineering firms and suppliers show why the Dutch infrastructure sector has been among the world's best for years, took place entirely digitally in January this year. The anniversary edition in 2023 will be as always with a physical exhibition floor.
In 2023, InfraTech will continue what it has stood for as a knowledge platform for the past 14 editions: connecting the entire infrastructure sector. Under the theme 'Move Forward', InfraTech challenges the chain to create knowledge, share knowledge, inspire each other, innovate together and translate trends and developments into opportunities for the sector. Because together the sector has what it takes to take concrete steps forward; It's time to Move Forward!
Corona has probably changed the world forever, but the challenges facing the infrastructure sector are no different. Digitization, circularity, the energy transition, the reduction of CO2 and nitrogen emissions, PFAS, room for the market in tenders, the enormous maintenance challenge, climate adaptation and risk and cost management - none of these will have disappeared by 2023. All these challenges make it extra important for the market and clients to work together. For more than 25 years, InfraTech has been the platform where the entire infrastructure sector comes together.
"The Move Forward theme introduced earlier is now more relevant than ever. The infrastructure sector faces significant challenges. It is necessary to take steps forward and take the lead in creating the world of tomorrow: It is time to Move Forward!", explains Manager of Exhibitions Annemieke den Otter. "Of course everyone is already incredibly looking forward to being able to do that live again. After all, InfraTech is about connecting, about being together, about the conversation."
An extensive and inspiring online and offline program will once again be presented by the hosts and partners. The InfraTech Network Platform, which was introduced last January and was very well used, will also get a role again. Scaling up through even greater reach to relevant target groups is the main reason for this.
