An independent engineering and consulting firm specializing in inspection, in-depth technical investigations, and consulting, as well as project management in the construction, infrastructure, industrial, and hydraulic engineering sectors. Asset management is in our DNA and has been firmly embedded within the organization since our founding in 1988, thanks to the role Nebest played in the development of risk-based inspection and management. As of 2026, from our centrally located office in Vianen and with over 270 employees, we serve a wide variety of clients across the entire construction sector. In doing so, we contribute daily to a sustainable and structurally safe built environment.

Our recommendations serve as the guiding principle for establishing maintenance strategies, and our maintenance plans form the basis for management methodologies.
With a balanced combination of theoretical knowledge and a pragmatic approach to conducting studies, our consultants provide the insights needed to make decisions regarding the preservation, sustainability, and reuse of existing assets. Our specialized knowledge in the areas of materials, remaining service life analyses, and structural safety is reinforced by specialized materials science research conducted in our own laboratory.
