The TBS-SVA Group presents itself at the Infra Relatiedagen as the absolute market leader in the Netherlands in drainage products, with a market share of approximately 80%. The company mainly focuses on products such as gullies, sidewalk gullies and manhole covers.

1. New generation of gullies and manhole covers.
TBS-SVA is introducing a completely newly developed product line with modern techniques. One example is the EQ9, a manhole cover developed using computer design. The design calculates exactly where strength is needed, allowing efficient use of cast iron and making the lid extremely light yet very strong.
2. Climate-proof water management
In addition, the company shows solutions for climate-proof water management. These systems focus on buffering, purifying and filtering water. One example is the Mini Raingarden, which combines gray (concrete for strength), blue (water buffering and filtering) and green elements to temporarily store, purify and delay water runoff, contributing to a pleasant living environment.

Additional innovation: rattle-free D400 gully Also presented is a new D400 gully with a rattle-free design. Thanks to an integrated PUR rubber overlay in the cast iron and a locking system in the grate, the grate remains firmly in place and cannot rattle or move, even in the direction of travel. With these innovations, TBS-SVA Group shows how they continue to invest in sustainable, smart and quiet drainage solutions for the infrastructure of the future.
00:00:06 - 00:00:09
What we are and what we do, which is actually a company that in the Netherlands
00:00:10 - 00:00:13
surely the absolute market leader in drainage products,
00:00:13 - 00:00:17
with our focus anyway a little bit on, particularly gullies, sidewalk gullies, manhole covers and the like.
00:00:20 - 00:00:25
With a market share of we can proudly call ourselves the absolute market leader.
00:00:26 - 00:00:29
the products we want to highlight this year
00:00:29 - 00:00:33
that are actually on the one hand the new generation of gullies and manhole covers
00:00:33 - 00:00:36
a complete total new development with new techniques.
00:00:36 - 00:00:41
And in addition, we want to show climate proof water management.
00:00:41 - 00:00:45
That means buffering water, purifying water and filtering water.
00:00:45 - 00:00:49
We actually want to show that in the newly developed products at this fair.
00:00:51 - 00:00:53
The EQ is
00:00:53 - 00:00:56
a first in terms of design
00:00:56 - 00:00:59
and is completely disembodied on a computer, so to speak,
00:00:59 - 00:01:04
where that design and the system looks at where the strength should be.
00:01:04 - 00:01:08
So the computer design actually determines where the most cast iron is needed.
00:01:09 - 00:01:12
This allows you to design the lid extremely lightly.
00:01:15 - 00:01:19
The Mini Raingarden is a combination of gray, green and blue.
00:01:19 - 00:01:21
That actually means, on the one hand,
00:01:21 - 00:01:24
the concrete casing is gray and that provides the strength.
00:01:24 - 00:01:27
And the blue is actually filtering the water
00:01:27 - 00:01:30
and slow buffering, storage and delayed discharge
00:01:31 - 00:01:34
and that actually provides a little bit of a nice living environment.
00:01:34 - 00:01:36
Yes, that's what the Mini Raingarden actually does.
00:01:38 - 00:01:38
We have here
00:01:38 - 00:01:42
the premiere of the D flume in a rattle-free version.
00:01:42 - 00:01:45
Normally a gully grid, never has a rubber overlay,
00:01:46 - 00:01:47
in this kolk is.
00:01:47 - 00:01:51
The rubber is in the foundry and the cast iron incorporated into the PUR rubber.
00:01:52 - 00:01:56
This is very strong, very hard-wearing and ensures that the gully is rattle-free.
00:01:57 - 00:01:59
In addition, there are a number of teeth on the grid that are in
00:01:59 - 00:02:03
locking the rubber, so that that means you have both in the imposition and also in
00:02:03 - 00:02:08
the driving direction movement is fixed, making it impossible for the grille to flap.
00:02:08 - 00:02:11
And so we are introducing those today at the fair.
