Your working day starts at 7:00 am. Together with the Planner and Site Coordinator you will form the operational framework of Drachten and have the first cup of coffee of the day. Today the planning is going as planned and through Teams you check in with your fellow Executives from the other branches. You discuss a complex project and give some tips. Then you prepare a meeting in which you go over the way of loading with all the Craftsmen and Employees so that everyone is again alert to the possible risks. This is how we work every day to ensure the safety of our people, road workers and road users.

In one-on-one meetings with your Operations Team Manager, you report on improvement initiatives and what you are currently up against. Then quickly to a construction meeting. Together with the customer you discuss a modified traffic plan that will be placed on Friday. Before you go home, you get a call from a professional with a question that you solve with him effortlessly!
