Work planner GWW (Full-time)

What will you do?

As a work planner, you make sure that our projects run smoothly from day one. You liaise with colleagues, arrange everything from planning to purchasing and keep an overview. You make sure everything is right - before the shovel goes into the ground.

• Project preparation from A to Z
• Requesting, reviewing and preparing bids
• Managing suppliers and subcontractors
• Preparation of schedules, work and H&S plans
• Administration and recording of soil flows and deliveries
• Contact with project managers, implementers and clients

What do you bring?

✅ 3-5 years of experience as a work planner in the civil engineering industry

✅ A completed mbo or college degree in civil engineering or similar

✅ Accurate, independent and communicatively strong

✅ Experience with Office, SharePoint and preferably CRM systems

✅ You work in a structured way and like an overview
