Nooteboom Trading in Zeewolde become specialist in trailers

Nooteboom Trading was founded in 2008 by Igmar Nooteboom. As the fifth generation from a family of trailer builders, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree here either. He started buying and selling used trailers. Trailed equipment for special transport soon becomes the specialty. For the European market Nooteboom Trading has a very diverse portfolio of used trailers for special transport. From flat (extendable) trailers, semi-low loaders and low loaders to modular axle sets with various attachments or SPMTs for the really heavy loads. By actively purchasing there is always a large stock of various trailers.  

Starting in 2009, engineering and production of its own trailers also began under the name RINO® trailers. Low-maintenance heavy-duty trailers with rigid axles were designed for heavy use in Africa and the Middle East. These 3- or 4-axle trailers are particularly robust for extra-heavy loads and use on less passable roads. For the European market, RINO developed an (extendable) megatrailer with very low deadweight and high coupling pressure. Meanwhile, the RINO trailer program has expanded to include flat trailers, city trailers and ballast trailers with or without steering axles as well as trailers in various weight classes.

SOPHISTICATED CONSTRUCTION

Furthermore, Nooteboom Trading has been providing the Schwarzmüller importership in the Netherlands since 2017. The slogan 'Intelligente Fahrzeuge' carried by this Austrian trailer manufacturer guarantees well thought-out construction. Robust yet lighter than other brands. This benefits the payload. In addition, the sliding tarpaulin trailers with or without coil gutter or sliding roof are easy to use. Schwarzmüller is also known for its extensive range of tipper trailers. Executed in steel for robust loads or aluminum for maximum payload. A 3- or 4-axle drive-up trailer for machine transport is also part of the portfolio. The modern rental fleet consists of various low loaders, extendable flat trailers, heavy semi low loaders or megatrailers. Rental is possible from as little as one day to any desired period. MODERN WORKPLACE

After an all-destroying fire, in early 2018, owner Igmar Nooteboom did not throw in the towel. Only 700 meters away, a suitable location was found for the rebuild. At Werktuigweg 1 in Zeewolde, Nooteboom Trading has more space for trailer stock and a very modernly equipped workshop, washing area and spray booth. All trailers are cleaned upon arrival, checked and provided with a competent inspection report. For sales or rentals, trailers can be customized in our own workshop. The desired color can also be customized in-house. By blasting with CO2/dry ice, the protective layer of the trailer remains intact, but nothing of the original color can be found.
