Delayed PRICELIST DEVELOPED FOR VOLVO FM

LOWERED RAMP DEVELOPED FOR VOLVO FM

For customers who prefer a Volvo truck, Veldhuizen has developed a lowered ramp.

The basic car is a chassis specified with 3 air-suspended axles and a chassis height of 88 cm.

To strengthen the chassis and still achieve a low body, "Domex" plates were mounted outside the chassis.

Through these plates are mounted continuous cross members which are braced to the main chassis; this makes the superstructure very suitable for loads loaded from the outside.

The load floor height is 1 meter. For a small ramp angle, the air springs go up at the front and down at the rear. The rear of the load floor then lowers to 58 cm.

In combination with 2.50 m drive-up chutes, the drive-up angle becomes only 13°.

The special feature of this assembly is a catch pit of ø 40 mm and a ball ø 50 mm.
